We don’t recommend washing our craft felt, though it can be dry cleaned. Small marks can be taken off with a damp cloth and it can be ironed with a cool iron to retain its look and feel, but it’s a good idea to place a cloth between the iron and felt.
Yes, all our prices include VAT where applicable.
Our high quality acrylic felt is approximately 1mm thick.
Yes. You will be emailed a confirmation of your order as soon as payment has cleared.
Your account, if you create one (this is advised), will also have your purchase and any previous history.
No. Currently we only ship to the UK, though we are working on our options for this.
Our standard delivery charges start at £3.00 per item and increase to £16.50 dependant upon the item / items selected. This enables you to order small or larger quantities and retain great value for money.
Charges are for UK mainland and do not cover Highlands and Islands. Additional costs would be applicable for these areas dependant upon the goods ordered. If additional costs are applicable we will contact you following receipt of your order
All our felts are stringently tested to ensure they conform to the required British Standards.
Our Coloured Craft Felts conforms to EN71:3 2013 Toxicity and EN71:2 Flammability.
Our Adhesive Backed Felts conforms to EN71 Part 2 & 3
